Role - Business Data Analyst

Experience - 4 - 8 Years

Location - Pune, Bangalore

Must-Have:

• 4 - 8 years of professional experience in a Data Analyst role (as a data analytics member, domain explorer, Business Intelligence or Data Analysis role that includes building data interpretation).
• Banking Domain knowledge.
• End-to-end analytical support finance technology delivery, from requirements documentation and design to coordination of technical deployment and testing
• Data analysis, informing scope and design
• Working with workstream lead to ensure that all key stakeholders and business areas are appropriately considered and engaged during analysis and implementation
• Business analysis skills and end-to-end understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle, from requirements documentation to deployment and testing
• Skilled in data analysis, data validation and data mapping.
• Detail oriented, capable of delivering work to a high level of accuracy
• Strong self-starter, enthusiastic problem solver, ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and above all a team player
• Experienced in curating different documents like BRD, FRD, User Story, Test Plans
• Understanding and Defining stakeholder / business problems, requirements elicitation and requirement prioritization
• Must be having team leading skills and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, Hadoop & Pyspark
• Strong Business Analyst with Data project experience
• Experience in requirement management, Analytical thinking, Problem solving, Domain knowledge and Communication, Scrum, Agile
• Experienced on agile projects and understand the application of agile.
• Good in SQL, and SQL programming knowledge as a Data Business Analyst
• Knowledge of ETL Process, GCP, Hadoop is must.
• Should have worked into Data Space project having conceptual understanding of Data Warehouse, Big Data, Dimensional Modeling
• A good understanding of the best practices and business processes.
• Exposure of working in Agile framework.
• Strong business acumen with ability to identify and communicate trends and insights in a timely manner.
• Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior management regarding the implementation of changes.
• Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made.
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence

Good To Have:

• Domains (including market data vendors): Party/Client, Trade, Settlements, Payments, Instrument and pricing, Market and/or Credit Risk
• Understanding of how DevOps works and how to utilize in the agile process.
