Your Opportunity:


As Customer Insights Data Scientist , you will perform various functions, including analysing customer data to provide support for sales and marketing efforts, providing useful insight on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; and helping to initiate and implement CRM initiatives that will boost brand and customer loyalty and drive CLV.


Your Contribution:


  • Deliver customer insights and make recommendations by performing data analyses and post activity evaluations;
  • Develop and own customer models to predict customer response rate, customer frequency rate, customer life-time value (LTV), etc;
  • Responsible for identifying different customer profiles, and carrying out the optimization of CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation;
  • Responsible for initiating and organizing mini surveys to gather deeper customer insights on CRM related topics;
  • Undertake spontaneous initiation of any analysis that can generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to the customer relationship;
  • Conduct assessment of CRM programs, club communications, and promotional activities according to their efficiency and profitability;
  • Serve as a custodian of customer database, and responsible for the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity in partnership with CRM Project Manager;
  • Provide support for local, regional and international CRM projects as applicable in the organization
  • Provide timely and accurate weekly/ monthly reporting of KPI;
  • Measure, analyse, and report performance metrics pertaining to the organizations’ loyalty campaigns;
  • Provide support for the development of predictive models, customer segmentation studies, and reports;
  • Responsible for optimizing and measuring CRM paid social media campaigns .


Your Skills:


  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing research & analysis; experience in telecom, high-tech or software are a plus;
  • 2 years of professional experience in VIC Relations, Marketing, and/or Retail;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields of study;
  • Data Modelling / Visualization tools knowledge ( Python , SQL, Power BI, Tableau);
  • Experience in running multiple complex projects, numerous internal teams and a myriad of external vendors;
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills with the ability to distill copious amounts of data (qualitative, quantitative, secondary etc.) into an insightful story with actionable recommendations;
  • Passionate about moving from data and insight to action and impact with a sense of urgency;
  • Executive presence when presenting to key partners across the organization;
  • Highly collaborative and demonstrated ability to work closely across both marketing and cross-functional teams;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and navigate quickly changing environments;
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Marketing and Events experience;
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
