Data Analyst Intern

General Summary:

This internship will consist of one main data analysis project and possibly a few small, related projects that will contribute to the overall Data Ecosystem at ConnectWise. The goal is for the intern to take on a yet to be addressed business question and provide insights to internal stakeholders around this topic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The intern will work on one data analysis project using the standard data analytics / engineering tools at ConnectWise
• If necessary, the intern will work on a few small projects related to the overall data analysis project that will help clean up or fix data issues created by past system integrations or processes
• A presentation will be given to deliver the insights learned to internal stakeholders at the conclusion of the project

• Strong team player, ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise organization
• Ability to work under general supervision
• Working knowledge or ability to learn SQL, Excel, Jupiter Notebooks or other data analysis tools
  
  

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science / Analytics is preferred
• Must have completed at least one course related to data analysis, business analysis or statistics
• Completion of online training is also acceptable with proof of completion (Certificate)
