Position Summary: The AI Product Manager will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between operations, client requirements, and technology development teams. The ideal candidate is a technologist with operations experience and a clear understanding of how to bring new products to market that deliver impact to our business and our clients.
This position requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, robotic process automation (RPA) tools, and customer support platforms (CRMs) to drive the product roadmap and deliver AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Knowledge of the various LLMs (Large Language Models) is required.
The position also requires operational experience. Experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), customer service, trust & safety or back office operations is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Operations:
- Work closely with operations teams to identify areas where generative AI can be applied to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze existing workflows and develop strategies to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI implementations on operational performance.
Engagement with Go-to-market teams:
- Partner with client services teams to gather and understand client requirements, pain points, and expectations.
- Translate client needs into actionable product features and enhancements.
- Ensure that AI solutions align with client objectives and deliver measurable value.
- Present technology solutions to clients during Client Business Reviews.
- Track and manage the proposals, wins, deployments and adoption of technology products by our clients.
Driving Technology Development:
- Collaborate with technology development teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for generative AI solutions.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Oversee the development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Communicate the product roadmap and vision to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.
- Partner with marketing and proposal teams to ensure the messaging to the market about our technology products is accurate and compelling.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between BPO operations, go-to-market teams, and technology development teams.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance, milestones, and future plans.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI products.
- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously enhance product functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI or technology-driven products.
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in business processes.
- Experience working with operations and an understanding of automation opportunities. Experience of working with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
