Are you passionate about driving e-commerce success through multiple marketplaces? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and growth are the norm? We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager of Marketplaces to spearhead our 3P marketplace channel including Amazon, Walmart, eBay and others. As the primary architect of our marketplace strategy, you will be instrumental in maximizing revenue, expanding our market presence, and elevating our brand across various platforms.

What You’ll Do
The Manager of Marketplaces plays a critical role in driving the company's success in the increasingly competitive e-commerce landscape. You’ll be responsible for spearheading ongoing expansion in existing FBM programs, launching businesses on new marketplaces, and serving as a subject matter expert in building a new FBA business. This position will report to the Director, eCommerce and be a key member of the eCommerce leadership team. You’ll also be responsible for:
• Accelerating the growth and success of our existing FBM programs while, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Building an FBA business and driving organizational efficiencies in this channel. This includes developing strategy related to advertising, pricing, promotions and assortment to maximize profit.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with marketplace partners, negotiating terms and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Leading and developing a team of marketplace professionals, working with internal partners and external vendors, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in ecommerce and marketplace management, and driving innovation and adaptation within the organization to capitalize on new opportunities.

Qualifications 

We need a results-oriented professional with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
Ideally, you’ll have 10+ years’ experience in Marketplaces; 5+ years’ experience leading Marketplace Strategy, and have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or related discipline. In addition, we are looking for:
• In-depth knowledge of various ecommerce platforms and marketplace dynamics. This includes understanding marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in analyzing marketplace performance metrics and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize efforts.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with marketplace partners.
• Exceptional collaboration skills. This involves aligning marketplace strategies with broader business goals and coordinating efforts to launch new products or promotions on marketplace platforms.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within specified timelines.

This position requires an onsite presence, 5 days a week, at our office in Monroe, WI
