The Travel Retail works in close relationship with its main customers to deliver unique brand experiences in the biggest Airports and Cruises Lines across the world. In the highly dynamic environment of Travel Retail, our team is dedicated to sharing and promote with passion the excellence of our Wines & Spirits portfolio.


As part of the Travel Retail division team based in Paris, you will work closely along the business controllers, with a key focus on business intelligence. You will oversee the existing BI tools we are using, maintaining and developing them. You will directly impact the top-level decisions by providing key analysis. You will be the data expert for all the departments (Finance, Marketing, Sales).

This internship is the perfect opportunity to understand and experience the role of the finance function within a highly dynamic Business environment.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO MH TR’S SUCCESS


Data management

  • Ensure a good maintenance of our data systems (Power BI, Anaplan)
  • Provide data reports, analytic insights and clear data visualizations for different stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Sales)
  • Transform the data to deliver insights to the top management
  • Organize trainings for your key users
  • Make recommendations on best practices / technological watch
  • Key point of contact with our internal business users and external Power BI consultant


Support Global Travel Retail consolidation

  • Assist GTR controller on all analysis (Monthly Sell-in, Sell-out, P&L, MMF etc)
  • Participate to all reporting phases of Global Travel Retail (budget, LE1, LE2 and Actuals)
  • Ad-hoc analysis for top management (Business reviews, customers / product analysis etc)

  • You are doing business, data science or engineering studies (master level or bac +5)
  • Excel has no secret for you / a first experience with Power BI is a must
  • You are problem solving oriented
  • You are a team player
  • You know how to deal with complexity and thrive in a dynamic working environment
  • You speak English (mandatory) and French (preferably)
  • You show strong analytical skills, with an ability to use multiple data sources to extract the best insights from it
  • You are autonomous, proactive and rigorous


6 months’ Internship starting in January 2025
