What you’ll do

Our Junior Data Analysts play a central role in helping Fortune 500 companies make better decisions that improve health outcomes by learning and understanding the businesses of the clients you support and utilizing our proprietary technology platform to build the next generation of solutions for our clients.

You’ll consume, analyze and manage data using SAS, R, Python, SQL, and other statistical programming languages as required. You’ll also conduct basic business analysis and reporting and perform ad hoc analysis of business situations, systems, issues, and problems. Then you’ll transform results of your statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.

What you’ll bring

We expect you’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Engineering, etc.), strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethic, self-directed approach, and a team-oriented demeanor.

You’ll also need experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), statistical modeling, data manipulation, and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.)
