About The Role
The Data Analyst is responsible for providing actionable, data-driven insights to optimize the loyalty program. This role requires a solid understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling techniques, and experience in interpreting data to guide loyalty strategies.
What you ll do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from the loyalty program to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast customer behavior and provide recommendations to increase loyalty.
- Create customized reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of the loyalty program and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to integrate data insights into loyalty program strategies and initiatives.
- Provide analytical support for special projects and initiatives related to the loyalty program, such as new product launches or marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on best practices in data analysis and trends in customer loyalty to drive innovation and analytical excellence.
- Bachelor s or master s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and manipulation of large datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in loyalty programs or relationship marketing is an advantage.
