Company Overview

Cobalt is partnering with a well-respected global real estate consultancy. With a strong presence in Europe, they are committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding their clients' expectations. They are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join their dynamic data team in their London Office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare dashboard data for the HR Team/ Business partners
  • Provision of accurate management information
  • Provide reporting and assist with data accuracy checks for transition to new system
  • Support the maintenance of accurate employee data
  • Assist with data for the annual compensation review process.
  • Regularly check, cleanse and audit employee data.

Role Requirements

  • Must have experience Excel and HR databases
  • Exposure to working with HR and finance related software and system
  • Be able to manipulate large files of data on excel
  • Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Professional services industry and/or multi-site background
