Objective: Our client is seeking a highly driven and talented Senior Data Analyst to join their dynamic and growing team. This role requires a passion for data analysis, strong abilities in extracting and analyzing large data sets, and the capability to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
Reporting to: Data & Integrations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze large data sets using advanced SQL skills.
- Discover insights and trends through data analysis techniques.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Develop a data strategy to support our property media strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Data Engineers, Property Spokespersons, Media Agencies, and Marketing teams, to execute the property data strategy.

Knowledge and Experience:
- Over 7 years of experience in a SaaS data analysis role.
- Intermediate experience in the legal, conveyancing, or searching industries would be highly regarded.
- Outstanding customer service and independent research experience.
- Solid understanding of data warehouses, dimensional data models, and analytics products.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
- Knowledge or experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools, data visualization tools, and structured data sources.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to partner with business users to understand requirements, analyze problems, identify gaps, and design, build, and test solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, IT, or a related field.
