Your Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and understand current issues and the “as-is” state.
- Enhance processes through new tools, reports, or process changes.
- Train users in general IT and software-specific topics.
- Provide support to all ERP (Sage) users and resolve issues by evaluating Sage process steps, master data, and configuration.
- Act as a project manager for small to mid-size projects, define requirements and coordinate activities with internal and external resources, and adopt effective solutions within the organization.
- Identify possible issues and opportunities through daily contact with users and process owners.
- Develop custom reports using SQL and Crystal Reports.
- Create and support Microsoft Excel integrated solutions.
- Implement SharePoint/extranet reports accessing ERP’s database.
- Implement a Business Intelligence (BI) tool and migrate reports.
Your Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to support and evolve ERP systems within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with programming languages such as VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) or SQL.
- Ability to write scripts, automate tasks, and manipulate data.
- Must-have experience in managing projects.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and ERP systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to conduct presentations and collaborate effectively.
Salary Range: 60K to 75K
