Data Scientist - Customer Data (9-month Contract)

Our client, a prestigious MNC is seeking a Data Scientist to take on a key role in leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to drive growth, optimize customer experience and enhance operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize cutting-edge data science methodologies to develop forecasting and propensity models for predicting customer behavior.
• Create predictive models to support business decision-making processes, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Data mining of customer database to identify business opportunities for customer acquisition and retention, sales performance optimization as well as customer experience/engagement enhancement.
• Apply modern machine learning algorithms to analyze extensive datasets encompassing customer interactions with product and platform attributes.
• Provide actionable insights to aid in comprehending market dynamics, user behaviors, and long-term trends.
• Enhance their understanding of customer bases by ensuring a comprehensive view of customer demographics and behaviors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries.
• Experience in utilizing SQL and other languages to extract data from diverse sources.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and associated services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Ability to apply linear and non-linear regression, logistic regression, classification techniques, clustering, dimensionality reduction, k-NN, and pipeline for data analysis
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with both business and technology teams
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically
