We are seeking a creative, highly motivated and innovative Property Data Analyst to join our Property Team. We are looking for someone who can leverage key information from large scale data sets and communicate these imaginatively, coherently, and effectively. The Property Data Analyst will be responsible for the development, generation and distribution of key analysis documentation and the implementation of efficiency initiatives within the Property Team, as well as acting as a key contact person for other departments across the business, nationally and internationally.

What you'll do

The Role

  • You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks to provide performance updates, analysis and insights into a variety of business areas and property initiatives
  • Preparation, quality assurance and timely distribution of analysis documentation as part of a standardised reporting schedule
  • You’ll dig in and become an expert in our data sets analysing all aspects of the performance of the property portfolio
  • You will independently identify and interpret abnormalities, variances and trends in performance data.
  • Automatisation of existing reporting and analysis practices across the wider business
  • Analysing relevant property processes to identify and implement continuous and sustainable improvements
  • Ensuring transparency of results / processes
  • Quality assurance and control of data and systems
  • Supporting property projects
  • Creation and maintenance of tools to appraise property projects
  • Implementation of international standards, systems and/or guidelines
  • Geographical information system & Google Earth Pro Key User

What you'll need

Your Profile

  • Degree qualified.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Superior analytical skills, combined with sound business judgment and ability to communicate with senior management
  • Advanced Excel skills essential e.g. PowerPivot; Macros, task automation through VBA.
  • Experience with BI tools beneficial, e.g. PowerBI,Tableau
  • Ability to integrate into and work as part of a collaborative team
  • Natural inquisitiveness and ability to identify innovation opportunities
  • Highly numerate.
  • Motivated / self-starter
  • Experience with Month End numeric or financial reporting (Advantage).
  • SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • German language skills advantageous but not essential
