We are hiring for Zoetis in Griesheim a

As a Data Analyst (m/f/d) in our global Diagnostics Customer Care Division, you will play a key role in optimizing our operational business processes through data-driven decision-making.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights.
• Data Visualization: Create, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to effectively communicate your data analyses.
• Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to optimally support business requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing quality checks and validations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of methods, processes, and results.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed university degree, ideally in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in data analysis or data management.
• Proven experience with Power BI, SQL, and data querying.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• High self-motivation and interest in continuous improvement of processes and systems.
• Fluent in German and English.
