The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Analyze performance data across all marketing channels (Facebook, Google, Klaviyo, TikTok, etc.) using advanced analytics tools.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis using tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, Clarity, Recharge, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop actionable strategies based on data insights.
  • Ensure tracking and analytics are properly set up and continuously optimized.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce brands with six-figure revenue.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, Clarity, Recharge, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of data tracking, conversion optimization, and marketing funnel analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies based on data analysis.
  • Part-time availability or willingness to work on a project-based basis.
