Business Analyst/ Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of team reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of data presented.
• Assist in the operation of contract expiry data handling, including tracking, updating, and reporting on contract statuses.
• Support the invoice handling process, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and timely processing.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Excel.
• 1-2 years’ working experience in managing team reports, contract expiry data, invoice processing and analyzing data to identify trends.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
• Presentation skills is required.
• Work independently and proactively. Also be a good team player.
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Junior Data Analyst.
• Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration***
