CACI is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Compensation Data Analyst who gets excited by complex data and compensation challenges and wants to make an impact. Ideal candidates will have a background in data analytics, reporting, relationship-building abilities, and a passion to create programs that contribute to growth. This role is part of a dynamic team that collaborates in the development, implementation, optimization, communications, and maintenance of compensation programs that ensure alignment with CACI business strategy, goals and objectives. This position will report to the Executive Director, Compensation.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide support to the Compensation and HR teams via compensation metrics, reporting, and analytics. Consolidate and analyze data sets to diagnose and identify compensation gaps, model alternatives and inform compensation decisions, operations, processes and/or programs.
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team to develop/enhance reports, dashboards, communications in Workday.
  • Build out CACI’s market pricing tools ensuring up-to-date information and data accuracy. Develop reports and dashboards using the tool’s capabilities to perform competitive, structure, incentive compensation, pay equity and minimum wage analyses.
  • Participate in compensation surveys. Compile and analyze survey data to provide recommendations regarding the competitiveness of compensation.
  • Develop visual presentations, guides, job aids and tools to help managers learn and understand Compensation frameworks, systems, and policies.
  • Perform Workday systems testing on new configurations, salary planning and reports to enhance business needs
  • Help improve internal processes to scale (e.g. compensation policies, market benchmarking etc.). Develop standard operating procedures. Continually improve and iterate on internal compensation projects and processes.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of data analysis skills focused on Human Resources demographics, Compensation, HRIS and/or Human Resource Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills including advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Workday HRIS.
  • A pro-active, forward thinking approach to work; the ability to see the big picture, while managing details.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization.
  • The ability to be comfortable and work independently with ambiguous directions in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — including excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willing to take risks and tackle large, complex projects even if outside the scope of expertise.
  • Continuous learning mindset: takes advantage of ideas, best practices, and solutions developed elsewhere and effectively translates to CACI.

This is a remote position with the ideal candidate being within a commutable range to our Northern VA offices on occasion.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $54,900-$109,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
