Summary Of Position
Under the direction of the Technical Manager, the Implementation Data Analyst will collaborate with various team members to configure key accounts. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate configuration of new account set-up. Work will be measured by achievement of business objectives and progress towards strategic goals leading to improved productivity or profitability.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provision new accounts by collecting necessary information then configure the platform.
- Required to maintain an accuracy rating of 95%.
- Responsible for successfully coordinating internal and external deliverables related to the deployment and implementation of Teladoc Health products to its customers.
- Maintaining clear and on-going communication with all internal and external stakeholders, identifying and prioritizing issues and needs, tracking action items, and ensuring the timely delivery of configuration to exceed expectations.
- Implement and coordinate data management goals and objectives for the purpose of providing for the efficient and effective functioning of system policies and procedures.
- Ensure individual and team unit deliverable targets are achieved.
- This position will not access Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
- Problem solver with the ability to clearly articulate findings and resolution.
- Ability to act independently on assignment and understands appropriate escalation protocol.
- Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines by recognizing best use of time and working with end results very clearly in mind.
- 2-4 years working experience in a data analyst role.
- Prior experience with data entry and analysis preferred.
- Previous implementation and/or support experience a plus.
