Primary location: Poland, Warsaw or other locations in Poland: Sochaczew, Błonie, Janaszówek, Poznań or any other locations in EU e.g. Germany, France, UK.
This role is responsible for collaboration with suppliers and sourcing category team to ensure data management and process compliance including internal & external category data (for MSSM and SRM), category data base (suppliers contact details, materials data base), price list maintenance and sustainability collection to enable sourcing managers to perform Category Strategies and manage Supplier Relations.
Sourcing Specialist is part of Sourcing Category Team supporting sourcing Managers on data management and category control and compliance.
Sourcing Specialist is a key support on tender preparation, tender execution and contract implementation as well as plays a critical role on category financial control.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Ensure external and internal data availability for incumbent categories in preparation of MSSM (Category Strategy) or SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).
- Supplier scorecard maintenance and data collection.
- Contract creation request after BAR approval.
- Database for incumbent categories (vendor database and contact details and materials database).
- Tender data preparation and support on execution and tender analysis.
- Price list maintenance and update in SAP and blocked invoices (due price) resolution.
- Ecovadis (NSG) and MGIS data collection.
- Financial category performance.
What are we looking for?
- BSc/MSc University Degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement, with category management or similar strategic role within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry would be nice to have.
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in procurement, including data management, analytical thinking approach,
- Experience in optimize work process and proven in Strategic Sourcing & Category Management experience.
- Ability to work in multicultural environment.
- Strong English language skills are required.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
