This is what your assignment looks like
With our professionals, you will translate company-wide data into valuable business insights. These insights will drive the future development of the organization. You will contribute to the roll-out of our companywide KPI framework. Project-based, ad-hoc and part of the agile team you will be developing the Basic-Fit analytics platform.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality analyses on a wide range of business areas (Marketing, Product, Operations);
Design & develop dashboards & reports (Power BI);
Build & maintain complicated semantic data models;
Contribute to various (companywide) projects and working groups.
This is how the team will look like
You will be part of the Data & Analytics department, representing 8 nationalities in a team of 14 colleagues, that focuses on constantly improving the shared understanding of how the business model generates value by:
Root-cause analysis, KPI setting and Dashboarding;
Business partnering with the international leadership team;
End-to-end development of (self-service) business intelligence;
(Financial) Management & board reporting.

We ask:
An analytical thinker with the capacity to digest complex information, see trends and insights through data, and translate this into concrete actions. A self-starter with strong team and proven problem-solving skills.
Relevant Bachelor/Master degree (HBO/WO);
1 – 5 years relevant experience;
Business-driven attitude and familiarity with the Agile methodology;
Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI stack (SQL, DAX, PowerBI, Azure);
Experience with major big data platforms and languages such as BigQuery, Python and/or R is a benefit;
You want to keep developing in the newest technologies.
