  • Implement best practices in data modeling, database architecture, and analytics support to enhance reporting and machine learning applications.
  • Document data engineering workflows and pipelines for clarity and consistency.
  • Prepare datasets for visualization efforts with tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Keep abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies in data engineering and healthcare analytics.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in SQL with experience in large-scale databases and data warehouses.
  • Familiar with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and data storage solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Skilled in programming languages such as Python or Scala for data processing tasks.
  • Experience with ETL frameworks and tools like Apache Airflow or dbt.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a similar role.
