In the Data Platform Team, we are mainly programming in Java and Python while our stack also includes Kotlin, Airflow, Spark, Beam, BigQuery that is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. The infrastructure is defined in Terraform and we are using both continuous integration and deployment.

- Build and maintain robust data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Integrate data pipelines with internal tools and services using backend services and APIs.

Core Requirements:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on backend development.
- Experience working in cloud environments, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Proficiency in at least one OOP language, preferably Java, Kotlin, or Python.
- Solid understanding of SQL and analytical databases, such as BigQuery.
- Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Beam.
- Knowledge of workflow management platforms like Airflow.
- Interest in data engineering and a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing would be a HUGE PLUS.
