Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for turning complex information into actionable insights and visualizations? We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join our team in Zurich or Geneva, where you will collaborate with business partners, conduct in-depth analyses, and develop impactful data solutions that support strategic decision-making. In this position you will focus on the Data of our Job Seekers.

Due to maternity leave, this is a position for 12 months from start date.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in proactive dialogue with business partners, focusing on Job Seekers, to understand and impact their roadmaps and priorities effectively.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses, both recurring and ad-hoc, to provide data-driven insights for day-to-day decision making.
  • Perform in-depth analytical investigations, including visualizations, data mining, clustering, and predictive models, to address key business questions.
  • Prepare business cases to identify market opportunities and assist business partners in the Budgeting/Forecasting process.
  • Collaborate with internal KPI owners to specify and prioritize data requirements accordingly.
  • Develop clear and concise Tableau dashboards to creatively visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Support our BI Expert in the Self-Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) project, facilitating employee empowerment through basic analysis execution and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a quantitative focus, computer science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Curious individual with a passion for data mining, analytics, and a keen interest in data visualization.
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven skills in Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI), preferably using SQL and Tableau.
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau and Excel; familiarity with Python or R is desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German and French is an asset.
