Position: Data Analyst
Role
Academic Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: 1-3 Years
Reporting To: Team lead
Responsibilities
Role
- Coordinate with customers and staff and provide support to all data analysis.
- Perform data analysis process on all hard copy data as well as softcopy of data and prepare report for clients and staff.
- Analyze and studies data to reveal ways to improve a business, organization.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Academic Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: 1-3 Years

Responsibilities
- A data analyst might train employees in new procedures or protocols; or assist with the installation, operation and maintenance of new technologies.
- Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Access) & XML, VB Micro.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Filter and clean data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
