YOUR MISSION

In this role you will be part of the Account Management Team at Glovo Headquarters, that is focused on growing and retaining Glovo partners. You will be directly responsible for overseeing, challenging and rethinking the processes, data & tools of the post-sales operational landscape, based on solid data driven conclusions, so that they can be implemented on a global scale.

THE JOURNEY

  • Stakeholder management: Partner closely with senior sales leaders and cross functional partners to align on strategy
  • Communication: find simple ways to convey insights and recommendations from sophisticated analysis results to business leaders.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets; Analyze and report weekly and monthly metrics to identify trends and stop opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: leverage critical thinking skills to analyze Account Management processes and lead the implementation of optimization strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
  • Automation: Design and implement automation solutions to remove manual processes.
  • Planning: Partner with Account Management leadership to set performance targets for local teams, recommend actions for improvement and work together to integrate positive changes within the operational environment.
  • Forecast: provide analytical and operational support to continuously improve our forecasting, pipeline management, and methodologies and processes.

What You Will Bring To The Ride

  • Bachelor or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting
  • 4+ years of work experience with 2+ years in Sales Operations, preferably in a fast-growing B2B environment.
  • Technical and Proficient in data. Analyzing data sets with SQL queries, or crafting models and prototype tools, data is a core part of your toolkit.
  • Experience with BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and process optimization, with a proven track of identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance business operations.
  • Verbal and written communication skills. Strong consensus building and executive presence to communicate and defend plans.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
  • Experience with forecasting and target setting, using data to establish future goals.
