THE ROLE We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our innovative and international Data & Insights team. By understanding the data needs of our stakeholders, you'll provide valuable insights and clear recommendations to support our data-driven decision-making process.
What You'll Do
- Dive into complex marketing data sets to uncover trends and insights that drive key business decisions. Your work will have a direct impact on the strategy and growth of our group companies
- Collaborate with a forward-thinking team that embraces the latest technologies and methodologies. We believe in continuous learning and innovation
- Partner closely with team members and external business stakeholders to understand their data needs and objectives
- Act as a consultant, using probing questions to gain deep insights into the business domain and processes
- Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or data consulting, preferably within a business context, preferably in Consulting
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
- Proficient in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling
- Experiences with Marketing Data and Analytics, as well as Retail Media and Customer Analytics would be a big plus
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms for data storage and processing, having worked with BigQuery is a plus
- Strong abilities in generating reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- A passion for learning, hands-on work, taking ownership, and making an impact
- Fluent in German and English
