Morgan McKinley is delighted to bring this exciting new opportunity to market. This is a permanent post in a growing Artificial Intelligence & Data Team, in a highly successful organisation.

This role will offer you the chance to work with a variety of clients and technologies in a challenging and exciting environment with scope for personal development and on-going training. This team designs and builds architectures, automates processes, creates interactive visualizations, identifies patterns, develops predictive models, and uses AI technologies to extract actionable insights from data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project workstreams
  • Collect, clean, and transform data for analysis - interpreting it, analysing results, identifying trends and providing insights (through the creation of visualisations and reports) to support business decisions.
  • Develop and manage the relevant tools and technologies needed to support analysis (e.g. databases, analysis solutions etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Ensuring that data accuracy, integrity, and security meet best practice.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in data analysis and visualisation.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance, utilising stakeholder management skills and building trusting relationships.
  • Manage and coach junior team members and provide technical and non-technical guidance on their projects.

Qualifications

  • Suitable experience with a minimum of a third level degree in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Commercial experience in an information/data management/analysis role.
  • Evidence of working independently towards specific goals aligning with external (client) and internal stakeholders. Stakeholder management desirable (workshops, meetings, other interactions etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of or exposure to machine learning, data visualisation, data engineering and artificial intelligence techniques.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as R, Python and SQL.
  • Ability to deliver comprehensive and detailed analytical reports, and having a clear and articulate communication style.
