Work with catalog & category managers to prioritize business and information needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Assist in developing and/or modifying current data tools for optimization and standardization across NOV.
Utilize Excel, PowerBI and other software to analyze data
Interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets with the use of graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.
Utilize the Oracle P2P tool to report activity and identify trends and cost saving opportunities.
Consolidate and analyze RFQ/RFP data.
Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
Evaluate the internal system for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, as well as developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics or Supply Chain.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to rapidly learn other analytical tools.
Proficient PowerBI skills.
Experience with SQL, R, Python a plus.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
