Are You Someone Who Can

• Build models and perform analytics for the various areas within eBucks for Business Rewards specifically
• Provide business rewards analytics to the Commercial team aswell as the eBucks team
• Aid the development of customer value propositions that are financially sound
• Develop future business rewards models and mechanisms to support ongoing profitability and rewards generosity.
  
  

Core Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAS (or SQL/Python/R) coding and data manipulation
• Proficiency in Excel (VBA not necessary but advantageous)
• Proficiency in Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to build new models as well as make improvements to existing processes.
  
  

Personal Attributes

• Good communication skills
• Able to solve complex analytical problems
• High level of Business acumen
• Able to apply analytical solutions to business problems
• Positive can-do attitude.
  
  

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You

• Qualifications: Actuarial, Data Science or Quantitative degree (honours preferable)
• Experience: 3-4 years relevant experience in a Data Science, Actuarial or Quant environment
