What you will do

As a Data Engineer on the CustomerOne team, you will be responsible for understanding, developing, and implementing solutions that utilize various technologies to drive process efficiencies and deliver new and enhanced capabilities. Supporting Sage Sales Operations, this role focuses on delivering capabilities and efficiencies within our current analytics infrastructure.

• Own, develop, and maintain our Microsoft Power Platform to drive efficiency and bolster business intelligence, with specific focus on the development of Microsoft Power Apps.
• Design and implement efficient data collection and reporting processes in conjunction with other Sales Operations teams to support new and existing sales strategies
• Research, design, and implement a solution to streamline all necessary data points into single platform.

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or related discipline

• 4+ years of process improvement, automation, or related experience OR Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or related discipline with 1 to 2 years of process improvement experience

• Experience developing on Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI), SharePoint, and Microsoft SQL Server strongly preferred

• Experience in end-to-end process development

• Experience with database, ETL, and OLTP methodologies, development, and management

• Experience documenting and communicating complex processes and solutions effectively to audiences with varying technical backgrounds

• Experience working with SAP, SAP Business Objects, and SAP HANA preferred

• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) preferred

$93,200 - $199,900 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
