We are currently seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the team for an exciting opportunity in the field of AI and data insights. This role involves contributing to our AI implementation efforts and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address current and future business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve intricate problems with multilayered datasets and enhance existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and data architects on the development of production systems and applications.
  • Identify disparities in data distribution that may impact model performance in real-world applications.
  • Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of algorithms.
  • Evaluate the precision of new data sources and implement data wrangling techniques.
  • Develop processes and tools for monitoring and analyzing model performance and data accuracy.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Initially, there are no expectations of supervisory responsibility. However, this role presents multiple leadership opportunities over time, requiring the ability to mentor and teach.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in building and operationalizing retrieval augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
  • Experience using LLMs for software automation capability integrations.
  • Familiarity with configuring vectors databases for semantic search.
  • Knowledge of LangChain and sentence transformer frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT4 or comparable models.
  • Understanding of MLOps.
  • Strong comprehension of AI/ML cloud services and infrastructure, with experience in leveraging them, especially with AWS/Azure preferred.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and insights extraction from large datasets.
  • Knowledgeable in various machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world applications.
  • Demonstrated drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  • Ability to assimilate, organize, analyze, abstract, and synthesize large amounts of information, making decisions based on insightful analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with loosely defined requirements, where creativity and analytical skills are key.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and innovative.
