Your Role and Responsibilities

This vital role blends deep subject matter expertise and industry experience with an ability to work collaboratively across the enterprise to gather, manage, and analyze data. You will be the leader to build and execute the data roadmap from our current state of reporting to a predictive analytics organization.
  • Advance the Real Estate Digital Operating Vision through bringing best practices to the organization.
  • Drive the advancement of a data strategy for the Real Estate organization, with associated governance
  • Identify short and long terms strategies and actions to advance analytics, automation and data visualization within Real Estate, ensuring teams have real time data on which to make decisions based.
  • Provide guidance to Real Estate leaders on how to harness available data to support current business needs and goals.
  • Partner with centers of excellence within Real Estate to understand data & analytics needs, translate business requirements into hypotheses, recommend data to assess the hypothesis, translate these into meaningful requirements, and drive prioritization for execution
  • Independently devise, conduct, and present analyses that answer business questions, tell stories with the data, support strategic decision making, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Technical Program team on prioritization and execution of data-related projects.
  • Identify data-related business process issues; partner with stakeholders on resolution.
  • Be an ambassador for data at Kyndryl and promote a data-driven culture in the Real Estate organization.
  • Work closely with other data teams in Kyndryl to enrich data analyses.
  • Teach best practices on data & analytics and introduce new ideas and tools that become broadly adopted.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • A dynamic, highly motivated “thinker & doer” to continue to evolve our vision and strategy to deliver a world-class data analytics program along with the ability to execute
  • 10+ years of progressive responsibility in the field of data analytics, preferably in real estate, workplace, and/or people data analytics
  • In-depth knowledge of data analytics and supporting tools and technologies, and have developed and run end-to-end program development and execution
  • Strong business acumen, looking beyond the “what” to understand the “why” and determine the “so what”
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert across the organization
  • Strong skills in data modeling and data structures
  • Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries with stakeholders, globally, at all levels throughout the company to deliver results
  • Demonstrable record of delivering critical solutions within tight time frames, with multiple stakeholder groups, and competing priorities
  • Ability to influence and drive data & analytics strategy based on research, domain expertise, and industry trends
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Command of analytic programming languages like SQL and Python
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft PowerApps suite
  • Passionate about data and its use in driving decisions and organizational change
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly growing and scaling work environment
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills
  • Familiarity with real estate data models such as OSCRE not required, but highly beneficial
  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent work experience
