Key Responsibilities
- Support business teams with current Internal reporting efforts, liaising with internal stakeholders to fully understand data content
- Extract data from various databases including Big Query and SQL Server
- Support with the management and administration of CRM systems (Salesforce & HubSpot)
- Create dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI and CRM systems
- Help to maintain and improve current reports and dashboards
- Uphold and promote data principles
- Communicate data and analytics to all levels within the business, encouraging good data practices
- Team working skills within direct team and cross functionally across the business
Required Experience
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Relevant work experience in a data analyst role
- Ability to analyse and Interpret data
- Experience writing SQL
- Experience using excel and formulas
- Experience using BI tools (Power BI preferred)
- Experience handling multiple priorities
