Job description
Organizes, categories, and defines data and data structures used by USPTO product, development, and infrastructure teams.- Provide the data for the IT Service Catalog and test to verify and validate that it accurately reflects business processes and can meet business demands.
- Analyze service data to understand service usage and trends, which allows the team to identify areas of opportunity for future services, design patterns, and templates.
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from USPTO product, development, and infrastructure teams to be used in an IT Service Catalog
- Participate in business and technical meetings to understand the requirements of our customers and translate their business needs into the data needed by the IT Service Catalog
- Review data to identify key insights into a business’s customers and ways the data can be used to solve problems
- Communicate information to USPTO senior leadership, stakeholders groups, and customers
- Document data requirements in Rally with user stories, features, and epics
- Test new services and data using test plans and meeting the definition of done
- Measure and analyze data as needed
- Support daily and weekly working meetings, business / stakeholder meetings, and internal team meetings
- 2-4 years experience creating, managing and executing application test plans to validate business requirements
- 1-3 years experience utilizing Azure Power Platform
- 1-3 years experience utilizing Power BI
- Experience working within a small, dynamic IT Services organization
- Experience with DevSecOps models, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, and a CI/CD pipeline
- Knowledge of AWS frameworks and development
- Knowledge of Azure frameworks and development
