TotalEnergies installed its European trading hub across in Geneva, which now bring together very large teams around trading activities: TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping (T&S) and TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP).
TGP is the trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of gas and power products on behalf of the TotalEnergies. It has been a major and active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage market risk.

Context and environment
We are looking, as part of a 6-month internship, for an analyst who will work within the LNG Derivatives Trading desk, in close collaboration with the traders on different aspects of a new project: need assessment, development, deployment, support, etc
What you will do
Your mission will be to develop excel tools dedicated to the LNG Derivatives team in order to help them being more reactive with their decisions.
Development will be done on Excel.

To fulfil your mission, your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Assist businesses in the digitization and automation of their tasks;
- Process data for pricing and trading decision support (indicators, estimators, etc.).
- Reformulate and encapsulate existing code, mostly using excel
- Develop the solution in compliance with good technical practices;
- Check regularly with the business the consistency of the project and alignment with the objectives
- Ensure the sustainability and stability of the systems developed.

- You are enrolled in your final year of Master in Mathematics / Data / Computer Science
- You have excellent Excel development skills
- You are dynamic, methodical, rigorous and curious;
- You have good communication skills;
- You are a volunteer with a strong team spirit;
- English essential.
- A tri-partite internship agreement is mandatory
