Renaissance Global is growing and are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team.

The Role:
Our Data Analyst is key in maintaining the integrity and quality of global commercial data, providing report analysis and insights to the wider business. You will focus on the use and maintenance of commercial data, to drive data-led decision making through analytical reports or dashboards using Power BI or any other visualisation tool as would be appropriate.
Job Responsibilities:
Specifically, you'll support global database health and analytics reporting, as well as provide data insight to inform our Marketing and Sales initiatives. The successful candidate will take part in building the Data Analytics roadmap within the commercial operations team and build relationships with stakeholders across the business to assist in driving the strategy. The role requires you to be passionate about data, as well as the education industry and will offer the right candidate a real opportunity for growth and development.
- Responsible for data health and maintenance, including data cleansing & wrangling.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team in the creation of targeted campaigns.
- Analyse our Marketing activity from campaigns and our results through to sale.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal team members to meet important departmental metrics.
- Provide CRM support services internally to all Renaissance Global teams, assuming responsibility for all support requests.
- Document relevant business processes including system behaviours, Integration processes and knowledge base content.
- Seek ways to improve business process through CRM use, including reporting, data quality and system integration.
- Support the creation and maintenance of all internal use reporting tools and dashboards.
- Using internal reporting tools, and working with key stakeholders to identify key sales opportunity areas and ensure sufficient data quality to support business growth
Skills and Education:
- Experience working with CRM Systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365 is vital (E)
- Experience & understanding of data modelling and structures (E)
- Experience in collaborating with marketing teams to support campaigns and market insights (E)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. (E)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) (E)
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems (E)
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and other Microsoft Power Platform tools. (E)
- High level of IT skills (CRM systems, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Financial systems) (E)
- Knowledge, understanding of the education industry (D)
- Able to quickly assimilate extensive product and market knowledge (D)
- Experience of working in a global sales environment (D)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (D)
- Microsoft Power BI certification. (D)
Salary & Location:
This is role is based in our London office on hybrid basis.
We offer salary of £35,000- £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
