About Our Client

Our client is the one of the largest American Investment/ Private banks, headquartered in New York City. They are now looking for a KYC/ Client Data Analyst to join their Account Management project team to handle KYC, client account data review, client maintenance and data remediation for overseas high net worth clients. The private wealth management division provides highly personalized, best in class investment advice, execution services, wealth management and banking solutions to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families across the region.

Job Description

  • Responsible for KYC, client account data review, data remediation across the firm's platform
  • Update and align client account data based on client documentation
  • Escalate exceptional scenarios to stakeholders and document agreed approach
  • Support the team with establishing systematic controls and process to maintain data quality across platforms
  • Maintain project tracking and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Support other projects as required by the supervisor


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or relevant discipline
  • 2-4 years of working experience in KYC/ CDD, client onboarding, client maintenance, data remediation, data consolidation for PB clients with private banking industry
  • Knowledge of Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements, account structures of various complexity and KYC documentation is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English skills
  • Strong team player, smart and able to manage pressure and stressful business demands
