How Your Role Will Look Like

• As an analytical sparring partner to our business teams, you generate insights for the real estate online business we are operating in and support data-driven decision making plus the steering the core business
• You will work together with senior leadership teams as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to increase revenue, listing volume and perceived product value
• You define measurements for product success and ensure consistent tracking and meaningful visualization of these KPIs
• In addition to working with pre-existing data, you will also engage in data preparation tasks (Business logic definition via SQL)
• You challenge and improve existing reporting structures continuously and enable stakeholders to work well with the provided reports and actionable insights to make informed business decisions
• You ensure hypothesis-driven product development and can run AB tests in collaboration with Product Managers and Developers
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics with a proven record of accomplishment in enabling higher management decision-making
• Experience in creating and communicating business insights based on data, with the ability to turn complex topics into a compelling business story
• You understand complex relationships quickly, have analytical and conceptual skills and can put forward unconventional solutions or suggestions while always considering the feasibility
• Fluency in manipulating, analyzing and visualizing data using SQL and BI Tools (i.e., MicroStrategy, Tableau)
• Experience with Python/PySpark and statistical programming languages is a plus
• Experience in user tracking and A/B testing frameworks (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Management, Tealium, BigQuery, Optimizely, Mouseflow) is a plus
• Strong interest in understanding the real estate business and the needs of the market stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in English language
