We are Flexis,an innovative start-up dedicated to designing, producing, and selling electric vehicles for last-mile deliveries within urban areas. Our mission is to make city logistics more sustainable, efficient, and eco-friendly. We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team and help us leverage data to improve our products and services. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in optimizing our aftersales operations, enhancing vehicle performance, and improving the customer experience. You will analyze large datasets from our electric vehicles, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making across the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from our electric vehicle fleet, including telemetry, maintenance, and usage data.
• Develop predictive models to anticipate maintenance needs, reduce downtime, and optimize vehicle performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and aftersales teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement algorithms to analyze driving behavior.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor vehicle performance and key metrics in real time.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance the customer experience and increase operational efficiency. Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or IoT sectors.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Passion for sustainability and innovative technologies in urban mobility. Nice to Have:
• Experience with electric vehicles, telematics data, or fleet management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.   What We Offer:

We want to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers. To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis will receive initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.

We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months.
