The Role
Our team focuses on and enables business users. Therefore, you’ll be responsible for combining different sources into databases and handling large amounts of data loads in no time. You’ll design and build pipelines that lead to visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards, connecting data sources, feeding data into web apps, ETL processing, and ultimately transforming data for Business Intelligence. Additionally, you’ll be involved in quick prototyping and refactoring.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience with SQL and JSON.
- Knowledge and comfortability of Ruby on Rails.
- Know-how with ETL and related methods, and technologies.
- Proficiency with systems design and the considerations involved when it relates to data architecture and the consumers of your data.
- Very comfortable with translating sometimes murky business requirements into clear technical specifications and output.
- Superb English written and verbal communication skills.
