- A proven track record of providing strategic data policy advice to senior executives and/or ministers on complex data matters. Weighting- 30%

- Ability to succinctly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Weighting 30%.
- Experience working collaboratively as part of a positive, supportive and inclusive team, including in high pressure periods. Weighting 25%
