About the role:

You are comfortable working with technical complexity and building reusable AI/ML components and systems. You pioneer best practices to boost quality and productivity. You can work with high-level technical ideas and ambiguity to deliver successful projects. You mentor team members on the technical front. You demonstrate a deep mastery of AI/ML and a focus on improving systems and processes. You handle large technology teams and crucial product areas.


Your contribution will be:

  • You use the current AI/ML toolset to design and write high complexity algorithms to solve novel problems with challenging levels of ambiguity.
  • You are called to advise on challenging performance and resource utilization issues touching on AI/ML.
  • You have regular meetings with Engineering and Product Management to project and define future AI requirements.
  • You build complex predictive models and use them to make observations and drive future strategic decision-making / forecast future events
  • You monitor developing AI/ML technologies, assess their applicability to Nintex and suggest appropriate training and tools to management.
  • You actively seek-out, modify, and improve code outside of the existing architecture patterns and bring them in-line with the relevant Nintex and Product standards.
  • You triage and debug production issues correctly and independently.
  • You write automated unit and end-to-end tests to vet your code.
  • You attend and contribute to team ceremonies and meetings (daily scrum meetings, planning meetings, demos, and development retrospective meetings.)
  • You provide clear and actionable technical feedback to the team for pull requests and peer reviews.
  • You manage competing priorities, effectively putting users first.
  • You promote our culture through the Nintex tenets.
  • You receive uneventful code reviews for complex algorithms and are brought in to review special cases.


To be successful, we think you need:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and NLP frameworks
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar for training AI models
  • Strong proficiency in Python and major libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy, TensorFlow, etc
  • Expertise in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI systems
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and deployment tools such as MLflow or Kubernetes
  • Proven experience in building and managing data pipelines using Docker, RabbitMQ, and SQLite.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
