We are currently seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of our client’s CRM system and data processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user licenses, role, profiles, and hierarchies in Salesforce
  • Customise and modify the CRM system to improve efficiency
  • Analyse and interpret recruitment data to provide valuable insights
  • Deliver actionable analytics and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Maintain GDPR data integrity and perform data cleansing
  • Provide day-to-day IT support and training to users
  • Liaise with third-party support to identify and implement system improvements
About You
              Must Have:
  • 1+ years of CRM management experience, preferably Salesforce
  • Proven analytical and reporting skills
  • Excelling problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Power BU, Tableau or similar tools
  • Strong Excel skills for data manipulation
Nice to Have:
  • Accounting/reporting background
  • Data/IT support background
  • O365 administration knowledge
  • Experience in software implementation/integration
